A health company has an open position for a Telecommute Regional Field Service Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing a team passionate about service delivery and customer support
- Driving business growth, as well as leading and developing Technical Service management leaders
- Providing leadership in field service operations, staffing/manpower optimization and forecast data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of a BA/BS with 8 years experience in business is required
- 3+ years successful management of direct reports
- Successful track record of talent acquisition, development and performance management is required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a regulated industry required
- 3+ years direct experience in a project-planning and implementing environment
