Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Regional Loss Control Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Effectively managing and monitoring loss control third-party vendor services
  • Assisting Regional VP of Underwriting with development, implementation and monitoring of regional loss control goals
  • Assisting with the underwriting process of risk selection, pricing, and retention of profitable business

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to travel, including occasional overnight travel throughout assigned territory
  • At least 3 years in a Loss Control management position, or BA in Management/Occupational Safety & Health related field
  • Must have exposure to specialty Program business with an emphasis on overall Program analysis of exposures
  • 5 years of Loss Control experience/management with an insurance carrier
  • Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of workers' compensation insurance
  • Must have thorough knowledge of applicable state regulatory loss control requirements, rules and regulations
