Job Summary

A nonprofit is in need of a Telecommute Regional Policy and Advocacy Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Lead regional engagement programs and events across regions
• Managing a portfolio of policy and advocacy coachees
• Serving as a key thought partner across the Policy & Advocacy team’s work

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years' professional experience
• 3-5 years professional experience in policy or advocacy
• Strong evidence of experience and insights in the political and policy issues facing the education landscape
• Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with diverse audiences and partners in the political/policy arena
