A legal company is filling a position for a Telecommute Regulatory Compliance Attorney.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing advice to our clients
  • Assisting clients on implementing policies and procedures
  • Performing compliance audits

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must have experience providing advice on mortgage origination compliance matters
  • Familiar with operational and technical compliance challenges
  • Familiar with the origination of mortgage loans
  • Knowledgeable with TRID, Qualified Mortgage Rules, HUD FHA Mortgagee guidelines
  • Skilled in RESPA Anti-Kickback provisions, FCRA and FACTA Act requirements
  • Familiar with FinCen Anti-Money Laundering requirements
