A freelancing website has a current position open for a Telecommute Regulatory Compliance Legal Counsel in Mountain View.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serving as one of our primary regulatory and compliance attorneys
• Advising on a wide range of federal and state regulatory issues
• Providing proactive legal advice related to US and non-US financial regulatory licensing regimes

Required Skills:

• Work from home Wednesday's
• JD required
• At least 5 years dealing with state, federal, and/or international regulatory frameworks
• Have experience working in-house at a federal or state regulatory agency
• Have experience with GDPR, Privacy, InfoSec, FCPA, and/or Ethics
• Have litigation experience
• Knowledge of, or interest in financial services laws and regulations
