An information technology firm is seeking a Telecommute Reliability Engineering Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving improvement in products, tools and practices
• Developing processes for efficient resolution of customer issues
• Building and leading a team of Customer Reliability Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers

• Worked closely with large enterprises and understand the challenges, ingredients of success, and customer management models that will ensure positive outcomes
