Job Summary

A company that designs and develops software has an open position for a Telecommute Renewals Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process helping to secure recurring revenues for the global business
  • Plan, develop and implement sales strategies to streamline existing customer contracts
  • Identify non-standard terms and conditions to assist the sales team in restructuring customer contracts upon renewal

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years relevant Contracts, Renewals, and/or Sales Operations experience
  • 1+ years Sales/Account Management experience a plus
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Salesforce CRM experience required
  • Experience with administration of contracts/legal documentation
  • Strong analytical skills
