An information technology is filling a position for a Telecommute Reporting and Speech Analytics Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Investigating advanced customer issues, concerns and requests for enhancements
  • Recommending contact center business or process improvements
  • Analyzing data from contact center projects and reporting on performance

Required Skills:

  • Experience applying reporting creation, database mapping and SPL programming skills to create deliverables
  • Experience working on core contact center SLA’s and drivers
  • Experience in building client and vendor relationships and understanding the Customer Experience objectives
  • Intermediate Data Analytics experience
  • Intermediate IT Business Process experience
  • Advanced Requirements Gathering experience
