Job Summary
A payments processing company is seeking a Telecommute Reporting and Speech Analytics Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Investigate advanced customer issues, concerns and requests for enhancements
- Recommend contact center business or process improvements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience applying reporting creation, database mapping and SPL programming skills
- Articulates working knowledge of data modelling and consistently takes a practical and fact-based approach
- Experience working on core contact center SLA’s and drivers
- Experience in building client and vendor relationships and understanding the Customer Experience
- Experience working on mid-size projects across functions
- Experience providing individual expertise to supplement available tools for customer queries
