Job Summary

A safety and compliance consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Research and Development Electrical Engineer in Neenah.

Must be able to:

• Invent new products to keep workplaces, job sites and highways safe
• Apply engineering principles to design, prototype, test, evaluate, and implement new designs and inventions
• Create new design schematics, layouts, bill of materials, documents, and test plans

Required Skills:

• Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Engineering Technology
• 3+ years working as an electrical/electronic engineer, including prior Product Development experience
• Prior experience using ECAD design tools
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into physical, testable prototypes
