Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Research Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing evaluative benchmarks, tools, databases, and platforms
• Providing input into outreach and advocacy strategies to ensure that research projects lead to realworldchange
• Hiring and supervising a small, dedicated research team

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel to international conferences, debates and events, as well as in meetings withkey stakeholders
• At least 8 to 10 years research and/or analytical experience
• Excellent qualitative research skills, including experience designing and conducting fact-findingand/or interview-based research
• Very strong team management skills, and a proven track-record of directing multiple complexprojects
• Exceptional written communication skills, as evidenced by a publication history
• Excellent spoken and writtenEnglish is essential
