- Contacting guests and clients through outbound calling efforts
- Applying professional sales techniques in the promotion of cruises and land packages
- Providing superior customer service to all guests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of one year experience in positions in the area of customer service or sales
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated since you will be working from home
- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Cable internet service must be available where you live
