Job Summary

is filling a position for a Telecommute Residence Specialist in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Searching for temporary housing options for policyholders
  • Speaking with Landlords and educate them on temporary housing services
  • Facilitating and negotiate short term leases that meet customer requirements

Required Skills:

  • May come to the office periodically for training and/or meetings
  • Minimum two-years sales experience
  • Excellent Negotiation and Facilitation skills
  • Ability to set goals, meeting and exceeding goals while providing excellent customer service
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
