An online education provider is in need of a Telecommute Resident Data Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Defining our roadmap of investments to make and exploring areas of research to pursue
• Guiding our education team through the ever-changing landscape of the industry
• Proposing curriculum partnerships to establish

Qualifications Include:

• Has a deep appreciation of the shape of the Data Science industry, and the constantly changing facets therein
• Experience in areas of technical interest, from languages like Python and R, to distributed systems with Kafka and Spark
• Can evaluate prospective student’s previous experience
• Can design evaluation guidelines for both students’ learning objectives and career outcomes
