Job Summary

A restaurant delivery order platform has an open position for a Telecommute Restaurant Industry POS Technical Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor the client's transactions and processes
  • Identify and understand the client's unique environment
  • Provide technical assistance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel occasionally as required
  • 4 years of experience in POS implementation and/or support roles
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • Strong understanding of POS logging and diagnostic files
  • Restaurant experience is required
