Job Summary
A retailer that offers a variety of consumer products is seeking a Telecommute Retail Customer Service Specialist in Chester.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers by leading them through their sales purchases
- Solving customer issues
- Assisting with returns, refunds and exchanges
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in order service and/or customer service
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to learn, retain and employ multiple order entry systems
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Strong PC skills to include: Internet, Microsoft Windows, and Outlook
- Must be able to attend four (4) week training
