Job Summary
A Fortune 500 company offering a range of financial services and solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Retirement Plan Administration Supervisor Processor II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, researching and processing simple and increasingly complex corrections for the participants
- Obtaining needed information by communicating effectively with internal/external stakeholders
- Identifying, recommending and championing process improvements and organizational initiatives
Qualifications Include:
- 2 - 3 Years Processing or similar experience that aligns to the responsibilities for this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software
- Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change
