Job Summary
A Catholic non-profit healthcare system needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Revenue Cycle Epic Application Director in Livonia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Knowing, understanding and demonstrating the organizaiotn's Mission, Vision and Values in behaviors, practices and decisions
- Ensuring that the clinical and business community is engaged in the project and supports program governance
- Delivering on the project milestones in partnership with the EPIC implementation team
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to various company sites as needed; approximately 5-10%
- Ability to work hours that possibly include after hours and weekends
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum five years of experience managing people and/or in IT systems implementation
- Prior experience in process improvement, change leadership and project management
- Ability to collaborate with revenue colleagues to establish standards utilizing evidence, quality indicators, regulatory requirements, and cost and performance data
