Job Summary

A leading provider of cloud-based software has a current position open for a Telecommute Revenue Cycle Management Adjustments Refunds Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supervising the day to day functions of a Revenue Cycle team
  • Providing leadership and motivation
  • Processing transactions in a timely manner

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School degree
  • 2 years of health care billing or customer service experience
  • Must have a proven track record in supervising the day-to-day functions of a billing team
  • Strong supervisory competencies in the areas of leadership and team development
  • Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare management
  • Computer literate and proficient in using MS office programs
