Job Summary

A Catholic non-profit healthcare system is in need of a Remote Revenue Management Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing and overseeing team members’ work assignments, providing technical specialized leadership and guidance in coordinating projects and managing deliverables
• Serving as a consultative resource and developing, establishing and managing relationships with executive leaders, key stakeholders, high-level professionals and decision makers
• Facilitating committee meetings with executive leaders, key stakeholders and decision makers by gathering/exchanging information, coordinating communications and making presentations

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel to the various company sites as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Informatics or related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Considerable revenue management knowledge and experience
• 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible operational (management), project management, consulting or relevant professional experience in revenue management
• Ability to manage small to mid-size projects having a system-wide scope of responsibility and impact
• Considerable knowledge of and experience in project plan development, workflow analysis, and managing complex process improvement projects
