Job Summary

A design software company is in need of a Telecommute Revenue Operations Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using ChurnZero and HubSpot to support the Sales (New Business, Account management) teams
  • Building reports and dashboards to help analyze data and identify trends
  • Troubleshooting possible issues as they come up and problem solve to identify solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • A confident communicator - clear, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Having experience in HubSpot and ChurnZero, and Metabase
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing multiple deliverables
  • Comfortable with Excel, have some understanding of databases
  • Solution-oriented when faced with a challenge
