Job Summary

A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Telecommute RN Care Coordinator Supervisor in Little Rock.

Must be able to:

• Ensure assigned staff complete of all requirements of the program as outlined by Arkansas Medicaid
• Ensure process and procedures are followed consistently, and the program operations run seamlessly
• Conduct training, meetings, scheduling, monitoring productivity, and overall management of assigned staff

Qualifications Include:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• RN or Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Human Services or related discipline
• At least three (3) years’ experience working with members with a behavioral health condition
• Excellent supervisory skills, including oversight of timeliness of work product and staff efficiencies
• Knowledge of the AR Medicaid Behavioral Health
• All other technical requirements necessary for this position
