Job Summary

A health benefits administrative company is in need of a Telecommute RN Case Management in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessesing the member's current status, prognosis, future care needs, treatment plan and alternative treatment plans
  • Establishing contact with member and develop, implementing and evaluating individualized member care plan
  • Conducting post hospitalization calls

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend on-site weekly company/team meetings
  • Current unrestricted RN license
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelor Degree is a plus)
  • Two (2) years of clinical or utilization review experience
  • Knowledge of UR/Case Management functions, self-funded insurance plans, networks and coding
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
