Job Summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a Telecommute RN Nurse Case Manager I in Miami.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
  • Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and a specific care management plan
  • Implementing care plan by facilitating authorizations/referrals as appropriate within benefits structure

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • You must live within an hour of the Miami office for training and meetings
  • Requires a BA/BS in a health related field
  • 3 years of clinical experience or any combination of education and experience
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida is required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole-French is required for this position
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
