Job Summary
A rental company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Roadside Assistance Agent in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Provide a variety of inbound call support
- Take back-to-back, incoming customer calls and provide customers with general assistance before, during and after their rental
- Answer incoming calls and provide technical support and assistance with regards to our hitch products and services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be available 8 hours a day Monday-Friday between 4am-2pm (AZ time)
- Must be available at least three days a week including Mondays and Fridays
- Educational period is Monday-Friday for 3 weeks
- Must be available Saturday or Sunday for 10 hours from 4am-2pm (AZ time)
- A non-wireless USB headset with microphone
- Communicate efficiently through an instant messaging Program
