Job Summary

A storage company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Roadside Assistance Agent in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Diagnosing mechanical issues and arrange service for the customer that will be time sensitive
  • Walking the customer through mechanical complications over the phone
  • Explaining technical assistance in a way the customer will understand

Qualifications Include:

  • Three weeks of instructor-led paid training/education with the first week as accelerated classroom education
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency
  • You must have a quiet, private work area
  • Must be available to work Holidays
  • Must have a non-wireless USB headset with a microphone
  • Minimum Internet speed requirements: 5MB down / 2MB up, or greater
