Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from stranded motorists and dispatching roadside assistance
  • Securing services including towing, lockout, tire changes, fuel delivery, and more

Qualifications Include:

  • Visit the physical office 1x per quarter once Covid-19 related office closures are resolved
  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ months of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to type 25wpm and comfortable with desktop computer system
