Summary:

The Demand Generation Manager for Net@Work's NetSuite business unit will be responsible for developing, executing and managing demand generation strategies and campaigns to reach and engage target audiences, generate qualified sales leads, and ultimately produce revenue opportunities.

You will own the research, development, implementation, and success of all marketing and lead generation related activities for our NetSuite business unit. You will define the right tactics to use to reach target markets, fill a sales pipeline with qualified prospects, define KPI's, and measures results of activities on a regular and ongoing basis.

This position combines product marketing with demand generation for a true hybrid role. Working closely with sales and the business unit leader, the role will be instrumental in understanding market requirements and develop strategies that drive growth to ensure pipeline goals are met. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans that address inbound and outbound demand generation, messaging, and market/vertical segmentation.

This is a key strategic role and requires a self-starter with strong experience in executing demand generation projects and has a deep understanding of cloud/SaaS software market.

Candidates must have a proven track record in lead generation and building a pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Research, define, develop and implement multi-channel demand generation programs in order to meet lead, prospect, and ultimately, revenue targets
Collaborate with our sales, subject matter experts, and business unit teams to maximize demand generation effectiveness and ensure alignment with all sales and marketing goals.
Develop and strategically align campaigns with our go-to-market priorities, portfolio, vertical segmentation, target audiences, personas etc.
Align budget and resource availability with demand gen and revenue goals
Fill the top of the sales funnel with new leads and nurture existing prospects to meet defined goals
Assist sales team in developing campaign-specific content necessary to close business
Develop Subject-Matter-Expertise in relevant products and verticals
Guide and support the development of website content and sales collateral including datasheets, case studies, and videos; help create the contextual product and market content for demand gen programs.
Employ analytical tools to create and monitor the effectiveness
Manage and build the relationship with NetSuite and related 3rd party Marketing teams
Qualifications:

Marketing or related experience with NetSuite is required.
6+ years of experience driving demand and revenue programs in b2b technology markets and specifically in Cloud/SaaS businesses
Proven success and track record in the creation and execution of effective demand generation marketing campaigns
Strong strategic planning and tactical implementation experience in marketing across various outlets including web-based, traditional, multi-media, etc.
Hands on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Significant experience working in high-growth Cloud/SaaS businesses
Knowledge of overall cloud market and cloud technology trends
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field or equivalent experience is preferred
