Job Summary

A business services company has an open position for a Telecommute SaaS Renewals Contract Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing quotes for customers
  • Sending quotes to customers at least 90 days in advance
  • Tracking all quotes, phone calls and emails in Salesforce.com

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding and experience with Software and SaaS contracts
  • One to two years of inside sales
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, required
  • Experience with a software or IT company, required
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • 4 year degree in Business or equivalent experience of 5 years in this role
