Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Telecommute SaaS Solution Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with in-platform configuration needs to support client use cases
  • Host technical learning sessions for internal and external audiences
  • Work with core team on a host of potential activities and solutions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • DS or MS in computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years working in delivery of enterprise SaaS CRM and/or Digital Marketing solutions
  • 5+ years working in the needs analysis, solution design and configuration
  • Ability to work in both delivery and presales
  • Deep knowledge of the ONE Engagement Hub platform
  • Strong, demonstrated capability to create new solution components
