Job Summary

A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct sales consultation calls with agents and agencies
  • Resolve day-to-day travel agency support calls and emails within a timely manner
  • Provide personable and professional customer service to all agencies and prospective agency customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • High proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required
