Job Summary
A customer management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing excellent customer service on behalf of our clients
- Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
- Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
- PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
- Monitor will need to be 17” minimum, capable of 1024 x 768
- A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
- A telephone (landline or cell)
- An approved headset and flash drive
