Job Summary

IT service management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
  • Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
  • PC (less than six years old) and high-speed Internet service
  • Monitor will need to be 17” minimum
  • A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
  • A telephone, landline or cell
  • An approved headset and flash drive
