Job Summary

A business services provider is seeking a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
  • Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must have own PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
  • A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
  • An approved headset and flash drive will be required
  • Computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously
  • Must be a “people person” who enjoys talking to and assisting others
