Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Compensation Administrator I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support the global sales organization with commission management reporting
  • Act as first responder for all internal commission maintenance requests for manual adjustments, payment questions & admin updates
  • Provide triage of commission- oriented questions through the Sales Operations Jira Ticket management

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4 years / Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a compensation administrator (preferred)
  • 1-3 years in a Sales Operations/Analyst or Finance Role handling confidential salary and/or financial data (required)
  • Basic Salesforce.com experience
