Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Compensation Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Translate customer business requirements into technical designs
  • Work closely with customer Sales and Finance organizations
  • Communicate and train others on company solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 25% travel
  • Sales Compensation experience and a basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Prior experience with an ICM packaged solution
  • Experience implementing enterprise applications or database applications
  • Competency in reporting applications, MS Excel and Access
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent)
