A software technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales Development Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
- Motivating team members through creative incentives
- Evolvig a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS
- 2+ of second line leadership experience
- Must have direct experience managing a team of SDR’s/BDR’s
- Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an SDR Manager
- Proven track record scaling of large SDR teams
- Experienced in hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
