Job Summary

A talent recruitment and staffing firm is seeking a Telecommute Sales Development Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying sales opportunities and starting the sales cycle
  • Calling prospects in real time and setting up next-step qualification calls and demos
  • Qualifying prospects to be passed to Inside Sales Representatives

Required Skills:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bachelors Degree preferred)
  • One to five years sales development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a 100% remote environment
  • At least 1 year experience with various technologies, including CRM and predictive dialers
