Job Summary

A customer service provider is seeking a Telecommute Sales Development Representative .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Using a “Fanatical Prospecting” mindset to augment list of logical outbound targets
  • Using Outreach to conduct sequences of activity
  • Supplying quantitative and qualitative feedback to the Sales Development Manager

Required Skills:

  • At least 6 months in an SDR (or similar) role Invested in sales self-education via books, articles, podcasts, and/or other media
  • Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting using Sequences in Outreach (SalesLoft Cadences OK)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Prior experience prospecting eCommerce and/or SaaS companies
  • Prior experience prospecting customer support leaders, COOs, Founders
  • Ability to work regular hours in the US Eastern Time Zone
