A rental property management firm has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Development Representative in Marquette.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new leads through creative outreach
- Re-engage with existing opportunities within company’s current pipeline
- Qualify leads to schedule with our sales executive partners while communicating company’s value to interested prospects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend occasional offsite team meetings in your region or our HQ locations
- Active Michigan Real Estate License
- Experience in lead generation
- Ability to build trust with prospects over the phone
- Ability to brush off rejection
- Ability to flawlessly navigate the real estate regulations and restrictions surrounding lead generation and outreach in your state
