Job Summary
A vacation rental company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales Director General Manager in Nashville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruit homeowners and properties into the program with consultative selling
- Learn company's systems, pitch and processes in order to communicate relevant information
- Maintain homeowner and property information as well as sales activity accurately
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to perform cold calling and local networking
- Proven track record of consultative sales success
- A minimum of three years of consultative outside sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Experience with sales management systems (ideally Salesforce.com)
- General online technology savvy and proficiency with MS Office and related software
