A digital behavioral medicine company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales Enablement and Deal Specialist in the Atlanta Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and deliver comprehensive sales training programs
- Build robust training solutions
- Establish training metrics / assessments
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience building and executing learning and development programs
- Experience working with an LMS and / or sales enablement platform
- Excellent facilitation and moderator skills
- Ability to use adult learning principles and curriculum design techniques
- Experienced, comfortable, and effective at public speaking
