Job Summary

An education company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and managing sales enablement program for sales team
  • Analyzing performance of sales personnel to determine need for additional training
  • Gathering feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
  • Bachelor of Science degree in education, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of relative work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
