Job Summary
An education company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and managing sales enablement program for sales team
- Analyzing performance of sales personnel to determine need for additional training
- Gathering feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
- Bachelor of Science degree in education, business, or related field
- 5-7 years of relative work experience
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
