Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Engineering Director in the West Region.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Recruiting, training, mentoring and managing a pre-sales engineering team
  • Facilitating onboarding of new employees
  • Holding weekly team meetings and individual one-on-one’s

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Sales Engineering Management experience
  • Strong Pre-Sales Engineering experience with large enterprise or service provider companies
  • Strong Presenter and communicator
  • Savvy project manager
  • High degree of knowledge of networking with IP MPLS, Cable, Fiber, Ethernet, 3G, 4G/LTE, IMS
  • Knowledge of mobile wireless network design and service delivery
