Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a post sales engineering team of 7-8 engineers
  • Handling implementation and support of Cisco UC and Collab solutions
  • Working closely with clients, team members, and Cisco contacts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel to clients in the region as needed: PA, Southern New Jersey/ DE, MD, DC, VA
  • 4+ years of post-sales implementation/deployment experience in Cisco voice solutions
  • Experience with implementation, deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting of Cisco voice solutions
  • Experience with Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
  • Experience with Cisco IM and Presence (Jabber) and Expressway/Collaboration Edge
  • Must have experience in leading/managing post sales engineering resources
