Job Summary

A business-to-business software-as-a-service company is in need of a Telecommute Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Coach a team of Account Executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly targets
  • Manage and further scale your team while being hands-on involved in prospecting and deal management
  • Assist in implement training programs and practices you’ve used to coach highly effective sales teams

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to set, measure and analyze KPIs while being extremely metrics driven
  • 5+ years SaaS sales experience, with proven performance owning a complex selling motion from prospecting through close
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing and scaling teams selling in a high velocity environment
  • Experience with selling SaaS connected fleet and asset solutions
  • Proven track record over last years of achieving and exceeding team quotas
  • Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of connected fleet and asset solutions
