Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Skills Programs Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Integrate all aspects into a sales skills learning path and badging framework
• Create a global enablement standard across skills training
• Work with internal OSPA groups to align, plan and execute delivery of the plan

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to travel 25%
• 10 years professional sales and/or sales management experience/learning & development
• Experience working with Instructional Designers and Developers to create eLearning and in-person training courses and materials
• Experience in managing and driving change programs, interacting and influencing senior level stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience of Social Selling training programs
• Knowledge and experience of training in core sales skills- Discovery, Presentation and Negotiation
