Job Summary
A computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales Specialist Director .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing sales team closely to the sales process, with an emphasis on thoroughness and quality of sale
- Ensuring all team members can effectively map solutions to client & prospect needs
- Growing the revenue stream of the region with an emphasis on new logo business
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to manage KPI’s to ensure team & each sales rep is well positioned for consistent and long term success
- Must provide regular coaching and account strategy sessions with sales executives
- Ability to provide on-going sales, security, and industry insight training & tools to team
- Able to work effectively with Marketing to ensure team has support necessary to achieve its goals
