Job Summary

A national hotel chain is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Specialist Leader.

Must be able to:

  • Provide temporary sales leadership support to the area sales organization as well as individual hotels
  • Manage and direct the on-property group sales effort to achieve property revenue goals
  • Assist with selling, implementation and follow-through of group sales promotions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Will require 50% travel
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years' experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • Or 2 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and 2 years experience
  • Proven leadership skills in supervising and managing associates
  • Account management experience
