A marketing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Strategy Operations and Enablement Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing scalable, repeatable, and data-driven processes based on industry best practices
• Building a team of outstanding Sales Operations and Enablement talent
• Partnering with senior sales and executive leadership to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process

• Proven track record of success in providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Sales Operations
• Experience working in a startup environment, hands on ability to build processes from the ground
• Superb communication skills, leadership presence, and ability to effectively interact with C-level executives
• Extremely well organized, data-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
